I love iTunes gift cards! Part cinco

Hola music lovers! It has indeed been a long time since I've shared with you iTunes finds. Well, the time has come to share with you what I have bought since the last time. It's not a whole lot, but it's something fun and snappy!

1. Volume One - She & Him. Right after I bought my ticket to see them at Variety Playhouse, I bought their debut album. You should all know I have a huge girl crush on Zooey Deschanel. Her personality is as sweet as her voice. The show itself was sweeter than sweet tea (read reviews here and here). To sample these apple pie songs, try "You Really Got a Hold On Me," "Sweet Darlin,'" and "I Was Made For You."

2. "I'm Ready (Lo-Fi Allstars Remix)" by The Twilight Singers. It was the beginning of a Greg Dulli kick on iTunes. It's a sleazy yet fun remix of the second Powder Burns tack.

3. "Dixie Peach Promenade (Yin for Yang)" by Greg Dulli. He is a rock god of recording covers. This one is his take on Alexander "Skip" Spence's album, Oar.

4. Adorata - The Gutter Twins. **Just came out today exclusively on iTunes** This includes two new Gutter Twins tracks to accompany six covers. My favorite is "Down the Line," which can be heard on the Twilight Singers MySpace page. Dulli baby knows how to play the piano. :-)

I'd also like to share with you hidden album treasures my sweet darlin' boyfriend gave me. They are "r" for rad and I can't stop listening to them! :-)
