Try to Control Yourself!

For all you Joy Division and even New Order fans, the wait is almost over for Control, a biopic on Joy Division's frontman, Ian Curtis. The film based on the book, Touching From a Distance, is sure to be one of the most talked about and praised film this year. Shot in black-and-white and music played by the actors themselves live on-screen, the movie starring Sam Riley (playing Curtis) and Samantha Morton (playing his wife, Deborah) appears to do everything but disappoint even the truest enthusiast. Control's director, Anton Corbijn, himself is a devout fan and even directed the music video for "Atmosphere" in the late 80s.

If that isn't enough, The Killers are covering "Shadowplay" adding to the soundtrack with Iggy Pop, The Velvet Underground, Sex Pistols, David Bowie and more. Control starts October 10 (limited).
